Judge
Eustino “Tino” Tarango III
Re-Elect Justice of the Peace,
Central Pinal Justice Court
Leadership Tested. Experience Proven.
I am running for reelection as Justice of the Peace because our community deserves proven leadership and real experience on the bench. My platform is built on experience, accountability, and a lifelong commitment to public service. Throughout my career, I have dedicated my life to serving and protecting our community, and I remain committed to ensuring that justice in our court is fair, efficient, and respectful to every citizen.
My Priorities
Fair and Impartial Justice
Every person who enters the courtroom deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and fairness. I am committed to applying the law equally, protecting constitutional rights, and ensuring that justice is delivered without bias or political influence.
Protecting Victims and Community Safety
Victims deserve a voice in the justice system. I will continue to ensure that victims are treated with compassion and respect while holding offenders accountable under the law. A strong justice system helps keep our communities safe.
Protecting the Rights of the Accused
Justice requires balance. Protecting the constitutional rights of defendants is fundamental to our legal system. Every person deserves due process, a fair hearing, and a judge committed to upholding the rule of law.
Serving Our Community with Integrity
Experience That Matters
Justice courts handle matters that directly impact everyday life—criminal cases, civil disputes, protective orders, and landlord-tenant issues. My background in law enforcement, leadership, and years on the bench has prepared me to make thoughtful, informed decisions that affect our community.
Efficient and Accessible Courts
Courts should serve the public efficiently and professionally. I will continue working to improve court operations, reduce unnecessary delays, and ensure citizens can navigate the justice system with clarity and confidence.
Commitment to Public Service
Public service has defined my life—from serving as a Sheriff’s Deputy and volunteer firefighter to serving as your Justice of the Peace. That experience shaped my belief that leadership means being accountable to the people we serve.
My Promise is Simple
To continue providing steady leadership on the bench, protecting the rights of every citizen, and ensuring justice is delivered fairly, efficiently, and with integrity.
